JULY 16, 2010 - DuVita is in the process of creating a four-page Wellness Journal and accompanying five-minute Business Opportunity DVD for Associates to use in marketing and introducing the company culture, business opportunity, and product benefits to prospective customers and future Associates.
The DuVita Wellness Journals and DVDs will be available to all DuVita Associates on their replicated websites, beginning in September, 2010. If you would like to take advantage of the pre-order period to receive your journals and DVDs sooner you can download the Pre-Order form and fax it in while initial supplies last. Orders placed during this period will ship via FedEx Ground in mid-August. Note, orders are placed on a first come first served basis so don’t delay.
Each journal comes with a DVD, and they are sold in quantities of twenty-five per package. The cost per package is $65 with half ($32.50) to be charged at the time of the order and the remaining balance plus tax and shipping when the order is shipped.
