DuVita is dedicated to helping you achieve the title of Director during the 2nd Quarter of 2010. During the 2nd Quarter we are going to add one more incredible incentive designed to help you achieve the title of Director so you can participate in both the prestigious Founders Club and the Inaugural Directors Trip.
We have developed the “Leadership in Motion” campaign to encourage you to help grow the national expansion of DuVita. We have identified 10 cities in the US where we would like to develop new leadership and your assistance is needed.
In the 2nd Quarter, when you develop a new leader in the cities identified reach either Associate Director or Director we will provide you, the personal enroller, with a Matching AD or Director Rank Advancement Bonus of $500.

* Atlanta, GA
* Miami, FL
* Jackson, MS
* Dallas, TX
* Tulsa, OK
* Memphis, TN
* Cincinnati, OH
* Indianapolis, IN
* Baton Rouge, LA
* Little Rock, AR
Rules:
* The New Associate Director or Director must be a new signup during the 2nd Quarter of 2010.
* The New Associate Director or Director must reside within 100 miles of the identified cities
* The Matching AD Advancement Bonus is paid to the New Associate Director or Director’s personal enroller
* You must be a Diamond or higher to receive the New Matching AD or Director Bonus
* Additional cities may be added to the campaign based on the discretion of the company
