Listen attentively. You will come out ahead.



DuVita’s CARES System of Success is and easy to understand and duplicate method. The first step is “C”: Connect with people you care about.

The next step in the DuVita CARES System of Success is the letter “A”: Ask questions and find out what the current needs in their lives are:

Once you have identified your list using the Five Star Rating System, it is time to contact your prospects. Remember, in relationship marketing, when recruiting and sponsoring, you are literally selling your business opportunity and yourself to others.

A rule of thumb in selling is, “Let the buyer talk. You listen.” At this point you may know very little about your prospect’s wants and needs. It is important that you listen to what’s important to them. When you listen, this is what you’ll hear. It’s called listening for values. As you talk to your prospect you may hear problems that your DuVita business opportunity or products may be able to fix. These problems could be financial problems, not enough time to spend with the family, lack of focus, always tired, a poor attitude, or an unfulfilling life in general.

Listen for these two things:
1. What the prospect needs
2. What the prospect values

When you actively listen, and not interrupt, you will hear the answers to these questions and be able to match the DuVita business opportunity or products to your prospects needs. The DuVita business opportunity has plenty to offer to a wide variety of people including; a lucrative compensation plan the rewards at all levels, natural products that work, a fulfilling lifestyle, and the opportunity to become a better YOU. By listening you will be able to match the DuVita business to the person you are talking to, one way or the other. Keep in mind, that doesn’t mean that every person on your list will sign up as a DuVita Associate. So what? Move on. The goal is win-win, and you can do it by listening for values.
